About my process:

I use rewiring techniques, like visualization and working with the subconscious, as well as somatic attachment re-patterning to help people feel more security, love, and deep connection in their relationships. 

I’m a relational coach and somatic attachment practitioner, with certifications and certificates in Havening Techniques®, Clinical Hypnotherapy, Generative Trance, and Dynamic Attachment Re-patterning. I’ve been passionate about helping people with insecure attachment styles since 2016 to break old patterns of relating that no longer serve them and welcome in secure, passionate and fulfilling love

Using guided relaxation, felt-sense awareness, and visualization, I help you get grounded and develop inner resources for navigating life and relationships.

In our sessions we’ll get clear on what you’re feeling and needing in your relationships, identify any old patterns you’ve been stuck in, and then we’ll work together to dissolve subconscious blocks that are holding you back from more fulfilling, empowered relationships. 

You might call it a blend of relational attachment, neuroplasticity, brain rewiring, visualization, compassionate communication, feelings and needs awareness, mindful breath, felt-sense awareness, and a practice in self-love.
