This is how I built my own secure partnership, and I would be honored to help you build a relationship that is not a source of stress, but comfort and inspiration.

Our relational patterns can keep us stuck — stuck in patterns like navigating push-pull dynamics in relationships, or dating people who are emotionally unavailable or who smother us. When we’re stuck in these patterns, they can seem confusing and never-ending. But you can learn to change the fundamental ways you relate to people, and draw in the love you’ve always wanted.

These patterns are set very early in life, but neuroscience has taught us that it is possible to change our ways of thinking, feeling, behaving, and relating in some phenomenal ways. And we now know that learning about attachment style can help you level up your relationships. But that’s not all. By using our understanding of how the brain works we can create change through subconscious rewiring, somatic attachment re-patterning, and guided visualization. That means, even if someone didn’t have the perfect childhood, they can still become more secure and have a fulfilling, secure, and long-lasting relationship!
